Excavator maintenance is an essential link to ensure the healthy work of excavator!

1、 Inspection of cooling water

Check the water level of the auxiliary water tank. If it is too low, replenish it. If it is empty, check whether there is water leakage. Check the water level of the radiator of the water tank. If it is insufficient, replenish cooling water to the auxiliary water tank.

The inspection of cooling water is a relatively easy link to be ignored in the maintenance of excavator.

2、 Engine oil inspection

The inspection of engine oil is the focus of daily maintenance of excavator.

After the excavator stops for one night, all the engine oil has settled into the oil pan. Pull out the oil dipstick, wipe it with paper or rag, and then insert it again.

If the oil is between the upper and lower scribed lines of the oil dipstick, it is normal. If the lower scribed line is insufficient, add the oil directly. If the amount of oil is too much, it is necessary to release the excess oil.

3、 Fuel water separator inspection

The oil-water separator is a device to separate the water mixed into the fuel and discharge it once a day. If the water in the oil-water separator is not discharged for a long time, the engine will give an alarm.

4、 Hydraulic oil inspection

The inspection of hydraulic oil is also very important in the maintenance of excavator. If you don't know the name of excavator parts, you must do more homework.

Lower the large and small arm bucket horizontally to the ground, then shut down the engine and observe the observation scale on the side of the hydraulic oil tank. The liquid level must be between the upper and lower scales.

If the hydraulic oil is filled too low, if it exceeds the upper scribed line, the hydraulic oil must be released to the range, otherwise the hydraulic oil will be sprayed with high temperature.

Expired hydraulic oil will not only affect the working effect of the excavator, but also corrode the hydraulic wall of the excavator. It is also one of the reasons for the slow action of the excavator.

5、 Engine belt inspection

Check whether the belt is loose or foreign matters are involved every day. Check the tension and wear or damage of fan belt and air conditioning belt. If the belt is loose, it will lead to poor battery charging, overheating of engine and premature wear of belt. If the belt is too tight, it will damage the bearing and leather belt.
